Fitness

  • Ready to sweat? Elevate your heart rate and start your day off strong with our high intensity mat based fitness class. This 45 minute class is designed to give you a total body workout combining cardio, strength and interval training.

  • Get stronger and leaner in our high intensity, low impact ballet inspired workout as we sculpt the entire body using a combination of bodyweight, resistance and high repetitions to exhaust all your major muscle groups.

    Expect to be kept on your toes & get ready for the barre burn!

Yoga

  • Join us as we link breath and movement to flow through postures with intention to create heat, build strength and improve flexibility. Set to an energising R&B playlist of tracks from both past and present, the atmosphere of this class is dynamic, fresh & fun!

  • Our Fusion Flow offers a Vinyasa-based sequence designed to challenge and sculpt. Whether it's fire-building core sequences, push-up variations or strengthening combinations, this practice will not only build strength, but also increase endurance, mobility and flexibility.

  • Designed to ignite your inner fire and refresh you for the week ahead. This dynamic Vinyasa yoga flow, enhanced by a carefully curated music playlist, will guide you through sequences that boost your energy, confidence, and joy. The seamless connection between movement and music, will make you never want to leave your mat.

  • A gentle class of yoga and Pilates based exercises designed to ease common pregnancy symptoms, encourage relaxation and prepare your mind & body for labour.

    Come and join a community of mums-to-be and experience the benefits of yoga under the care of our experienced midwife and pregnancy yoga teacher.

    Can start from 12 weeks and can continue up until baby arrives

Events

  • These session are designed to push the studio’s energy to the next level. Have fun and workout to your favourite artists & eras such as 2000’s throwbacks and Taylor Swift.

  • We also offer social events such as our B Run Social collab event or wellness themed events such as sound baths, ice baths and much more.
