Moved by music and her love of fitness, Zoe is a passionate group fitness and Pilates instructor who decided to transition into a career of health & wellness to prioritise her own well-being and help others prioritise theirs.

Having lived in Manchester, London & Lisbon, experiencing some of the best studios around, you can expect a taste of studios from further afield with fun & challenging classes while keeping technique & form at the heart of every class.

Empowering participants to thrive both on and off the mat, Zoe is here to support and challenge you at your own pace.

Sophie

Sophie’s passion for fitness came from being a professional dancer and musical theatre performer. Alongside teaching dance & gym based classes for many years, Sophie is also a qualified PT.

In Sophie’s session you can expect positive energy and encouragement no matter what your level of experience! Prepare to find that extra rep in class and experience all the “feel good” endorphins!

Sophie will be your best biggest cheerleader in pushing you to become the best version of yourself whilst sharing the same passion for Pilates.

Eve

Eve was born & bred in South Yorkshire but spent her childhood in the States, where she first discovered her love for Vinyasa Yoga.

In Eve’s sessions you can expect creative, fun and dynamic Vinyasa flows, connecting movement with breath as we build on strength, flexibility and balance to support your movement goals both on and off the mat.

Expect to move in new ways, let go of any stress and leave feeling energised.

Jo

Jo discovered her love for fitness & wellbeing when her daughter was young. Years later she has now combined her love for music, ballet and fitness into…Barre. 

Also a certified yoga instructor, you can expect positive energy, along with classes which promise to be invigorating and mindful with an emphasis on form and mind to body connection. Jo firmly believes that fitness is for everyone and aims to empower people to feel their best!

Get ready for a high intensity, low impact workout to feel good music and embrace the Barre shake!

Hannah

Hannah is a qualified PT & group fitness instructor whose passion for parent & baby well-being began in 2019 when she opened the doors to her welcoming home studio to expectant & new mums and their little ones.

Specialising in pre & postnatal Hannah is also an experienced Baby Massage/Yoga Teacher and Hypnobirthing Practitioner and welcomed her own little Rosebud to the world in December 2023!

Hannah is hugely passionate about supporting new mums to feel fabulous again and plans to bring fun & laughter to all of her classes.

Shannon

With a background in dance, Shannon started practicing yoga during the pandemic, which helped her build physical strength and emotional well-being. 

Combined with her love of music, Shannon’s classes will help you connect your mind, body, and soul while boosting your energy. Always bringing good vibes and motivation, Shannon is here to make every session uplifting and transformative.

Olivia is a certified Women's Health Coach and Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in CrossFit.

After years of interest in fitness and wellness and as an advocate of self-care, Olivia has had a change in career now dedicating her time to building a community of strong women!

In her sessions you can expect a supportive, yet challenging environment with a focus on strength building, cardio and feel-good vibes. Dedicated to empowering women Olivia’s classes are designed to help you feel strong and confident.
