  • Book our classes by viewing to our schedule here and download the Momence app here.

    Create an account to book a drop-in class, class pack, or for the best value, a monthly membership.

  • Rise Wellness Concept reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not signed in and ready for their class after the start time.

    We operate a 5 minute late policy for all classes.

  • If you can’t make it to class, you will need to cancel with at 12 hours notice.

    Late cancellations will lose their credit.

    Please always cancel with as much notice as possible as a courtesy to other members.

  • If a class is at capacity you can add yourself to the waitlist on the Momence app. If a space becomes available you will receive a text and email notification.

    Places are offered on a first come, first served basis.

  • Please consult with your doctor before booking any of our classes.

    If you're pregnant, please let your instructor know. We don't recommend starting any exercise you haven't been doing before your pregnancy.

    If you already have a strong practice, then feel free to continue with your regular classes.

    We recommend our pregnancy yoga class from 12 weeks onwards.

    The following instructors are pre/postnatal qualified: Zoe, Sophie, Hannah, Kaye

  • Our Yoga, Barre and Refine Pilates classes are suitable for all levels and are beginner friendly.

    If you feel confident in these classes, our Signature and Strength classes will take you to the next level.

  • We provide everything you will need for the class. Just bring water and a sweat towel should you need one.

    If you have your own mat and would like to bring it, you are more than welcome to.

    While the class can be done in bare feet we do recommend you take part in grip socks.

  • We offer a mix of Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Fitness classes, suitable for a range of levels.

  • It all depends on your goals!

    You’ll see improvement with as little as one session a week but if you really want to change your lifestyle and body we recommend 3-4 sessions a week.

  • We recommend booking a week in advance so you can plan your week out and secure your spot!

    You can book up to a maximum of 4 weeks in advance.
